Inside Sales Representative (Italian) in Galway, Ireland

Inside Sales Representative (Italian) Our client a leading multinational software provider based in Galway is seeking an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, flexible and personable Italian speaking Inside Sales Representative to join their multicultural team. The Italian speaking Inside Sales Representatives main purpose is to deliver a defined level of customer communication (tele-marketing & lead qualification) on a daily basis, while supporting Account Managers and Key Account Managers in sales opportunities. My client is offering a salary of €40,000 - €45,000 OTE depending on experience with excellent benefits included. This is a permanent position Italian speaking Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: * Qualify leads generated by our clients marketing programs, by email and by telephone * Support our clients sales productivity targets (maximise sales team's customer facing time) * Assist in achieving our clients quarterly bookings targets in appropriate region * Constantly grow our clients new business pipeline to support our growth ambitions * Execute tele-marketing activities * Understand customer it environments and make appropriate recommendations for our clients solutions * Contribute to achieving company revenue targets by conducting solution-oriented sales conversations with customers * Update SAP CRM system on a daily basis * Support in sales call follow-up activities (send product whitepapers, references, etc.) * Submit special price requests & create product quotes * Coordinate with internal service departments to address customer operations issues * Any other tasks relevant to the region that help drive above Italian speaking Inside Sales Representative Requirements: * University degree in a business related discipline * 2 - 3 years proven professional IT / Software Sales experience is ESSENTIAL * Demonstrates experience & success in prospecting and lead qualification * Demonstrates good time management skills * Experienced in working with CRM systems * Excellent verbal, phone and written communication skills * Must be technically savvy and IT literate * Ideally brings an understanding of the Identity, Security and Systems Management market and related customer needs * The selected candidate/s will have an excellent command of English (written and spoken) and will be proficient in Italian
