The Deal Desk team is a critical component of sales operations at LinkedIn, and a key business partner for our frontline sales reps. As part of this team, the Deal Analyst will spend their time supporting groups of sales reps by helping them to navigate the complexities of our sales and fulfillment processes. Successful Analysts will become experts in core operations and operational change, truly understanding the nuts and bolts of a SaaS business and sales lifecycle.


Competencies and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service - Operational Beauty is one of Telus International (former Voxpro) core values will resonate with you, making you attentive, empathetic, caring, friendly and helpful team member.You will be providing consultative support to sales representatives on the sales process via email, telephone, internal messaging tools, and within the CRM.

  • Communication - You will be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all Deal Desk users who are seeking your help or advice. You will be educating sales representatives on processes, and best practices, to improve performance and release sales capacity to core sales activities.You will be providing with operational and administrative support to Account Executives and Relationship Managers

  • Drive for Results - This role will bring a strong level of ownership for your personal success in reaching your targets on a daily basis. You will go the extra mile to find creative solutions to accommodate customer requests and queries.You will be following up with Sales Reps to retrieve required information in order to resolve cases quickly and in accordance with LinkedIn Sales Policies

  • Attention to Detail - You will be expected to have high attention to small details in your account. You will ensure Sales Reps follow LinkedIn guidelines and sales policies while moving opportunities through the sales lifecycle.

Min Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and XXXXXX

  • Available to work across a full week Mon Friday from 9.00 am -5.30 pm and 2.30 pm - 11.00 pm . The schedules would be 8.5 hour days, 5 days a week.

  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage

  • Comfortable working with computers and phones and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity

  • Strong organizational, time management skills and attention to detail required

  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment

  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle is a plus
